This Site is intended to provide Users with a tool to facilitate shared decision making when starting or changing an antidepressant (“Purpose”). It is however hereby stipulated that the Services does not constitute a medical or remote health service system. Consequently, information which is placed in it cannot be considered equivalent to a medical opinion or diagnosis or take the place of a medical consultation with a health professional.

 

Similarly, this information cannot be interpreted as promotion or advertising for products, whether or not they are sold by us or the legal entities in our group. For all information concerning one of these products, we invite the Users to contact directly the legal entity holding the marketing authorisation of the product in question.

2. Intellectual property

The User acknowledges that all content available on the Site including, but not limited to, the text, graphics, photographs, designs, sounds, data, images, audio, video, in addition to the Site’s structure, navigation plan, logos, section design, section layout, section headings, databases, database structure and content, trademarks (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) are owned by, controlled by and/or licensed to us. The Content is intended for the User’s personal information only and within the strict limits of use of the Site in accordance with the present Terms. Any other form of use of the Content by any means whatsoever without our prior and express authorisation is forbidden and would constitute an infringement.
